Here at Best Friends, sometimes it’s not about what Best Friends can do. It’s about what they can do for others. BF is very involved with educating other facilities in doing the best that they can to help animals. In this case, Jackie is assisting a Sanctuary in Las Vegas that needs a little help in updating their Avian Husbandry approach to their flock. So Jackie is sending a staff member to help with their care, nutrition and enrichment for another Sanctuary in need. But as you can see, it takes a little “paperwork” and planning to get it done:
