As you can see, I’ve been a little busy. I do this every year, busily chasing feathers around my living room, gluing my fingers together and hoping to produce a few items for the Houston Parrot Festival. This scarf, made of Cockatoo and Guinea fowl feathers was completed about an hour ago. It’s taken two full days, and I still have to hem the lining. But I think this little beauty might raise a little money for the NPRPF. Maybe I can make a matching pillow.

Patricia, I love your feathered creations… never seen anything quite like them. Hope they garner big bucks for parrots and that your fingers unstick soon!

It’ll be a while! I’ve got gobs of feathers people have sent to me to make things.

Another knock-out creation. You better home a Kardashian doesn’t decide it’s the new black. You’ll be up to your eyebrows in glue, and on a reality show that has nothing to do with the reality of a birdie life!
