Parrot Nation

I haven’t written in a while for a few reasons. I had to step back and away from my Cincinnati Zoo experience for a while just to adjust back to normal life. I also had a lot of catching up to do with my day-to-day dealings with the world. I was gone for 3 weeks and if you don’t think stuff doesn’t pile up on you during that time…well, it did for me! I was also dog tired when I got home. I worked at the zoo in one capacity or another every single day I was there with the exception of one day. I went back to flying almost immediately after returning home, and it’s just been very busy for me since the Zoo. Enough excuses, I’m going to try and be a little more consistent with keeping up with things. And that’s that.
