Every other day, the Keepers at the Cincinnati Zoo Bird House cut up and mix 200 pounds of fruit which fits into a plastic container the size of a small trunk. I got the extreme pleasure of mixing it. When I left work, bees were following me:

I had to clean the indoor Kea enclosure where they stay when it’s hot. In a few weeks they will be going into Lorikeet Landing for the winter. Here is an interesting video of an animal you don’t often see or even think about. Cody lives at the Children’s Zoo and Andrea and Tanya are doing a “Meet the Keeper” for people. Cody the kinkajou got quite the crowd as he is a popular resident at the Cincinnati Zoo Children’s Zoo.
